Jai Rideout and Greg Caporaso will co-instruct a QIIME workshop in Reykjavík, Iceland on Oct 11-12, 2016. At this time there are a few openings for the course. This workshop will primarily focus on QIIME 2, which is still in alpha release stage, but will also spend some time covering QIIME 1, and on transitioning from QIIME 1 to QIIME 2.
